Jupiter and Uranus are in opposition on the 2nd and this could leave you undecided about a communication related study project, international travel or a matter related to one of your siblings. A decision can be reached but you could take your sweet time making up your mind. Venus retrogrades in Aries from the 4th, in your 3rd house. You just aren’t as forthcoming when it comes to love, and could tend to bottle up feelings over the coming month. Venus will be retrograde until April 15th and this turns the volume down on matters of the heart. Perhaps some time away is in order to give yourself time to think and work out what you want, or what next.
Mars enters Taurus on the 9th, your 4th house of family. There is much to do for and with your family now. You could be making a lot of plans for your parents or children, or needing to do extra for family. Perhaps someone needs you to be a sounding board, or you find yourself driving someone around to attend a lot of appointments. You certainly don’t mind being there for your loved ones now.
A Full Moon in Virgo on the 12th falls in your 8th house. This moon teams up with Pisces in your 2nd house and could see something big change about your financial circumstances. There may be a contract or real estate deal happening now as the 8th house rules contracts, transformation, endings and other people’s money. If you are trying to finalise any contracts or legal arrangements now is the best time to get it down. We see Mercury retrograde next month and this could be the last chance to finalise something with headaches or delays. This full moon also works with Pluto in your 12th house so there is an element of secrecy or privacy, which will become apparent for you. One thing to watch here is issues around your friendships as the Moon and Saturn clash. You could find out whom your friends really are today, or feel somewhat let down by a friend’s behavior and decide it’s time to move on from the relationship.
Mercury enters Aries on the 13th your 3rd house. There is much to be talked about with siblings, related to short trips or just communication in general. You will be impatient when things take time, and frustrated by people who can’t give you a straight answer. Any delays to communication will see you trying to push through in situations regardless of other people stalling or just not coming to the party. Then on the 20th the Sun enters Aries and this puts the spotlight on your relationships with your siblings or matters related to your sibling. This house also rules short trips and communication. Again we could see you being impatient and frustrated by others now. Mercury moving into the period before it retrogrades doesn’t help this. You could be snappier with people or just not inclined to bother with anyone who talks in circles or won’t give you straight answers. Whether it’s family, friends or people you have to deal with in a professional capacity, your patience will be in short supply.
A New Moon in Aries on the 27th sees you turn over a new leaf when it comes to relationships with siblings, communication or short trips. Everything about this new moon points to you finding your voice, asserting yourself and not sitting in the corner letting others dictate to you. This moon teams up with Venus and the Sun in your 3rd house and you could be in the spotlight telling everyone exactly what you think. In love you are assertive and not afraid to say exactly what you want. Again we see an issue come up in your friendships as this moon clashes with Saturn in your 11th house. A friend or several friendships may have reached a point where they no longer suit you. Perhaps your assertiveness means friends who expect to run the show finally show their true colours and lash out when they aren’t getting their own way. You won’t much care now, and are likely to move on fast without so much as a backward glance at people who try and control, suppress or walk all over you.
Jupiter and Pluto clash on the 30th and again we see privacy, secrets or something happening behind the scenes cause some issues. Again there are balance issues and a problem with a thing or a person being unmovable. Jupiter is in Libra, which is striving for balance, the middle ground and fairness. It’s square Pluto in Capricorn, which is aiming for tradition, the law, structures and how things are supposed to be done. This will impact you most around your study, overseas travel or your dealings with people who are foreign.
Mercury moves into Taurus on the 31st, your 4th house of family. There is much to be sorted out around family issues but again, be aware that Mercury will retrograde from April 9 and this will cause constant slow downs, back tracking or delays around all issues associated with your family. Any deals to be done or major family related purchases should be held over until mid May if possible or at the least until May 4th when Mercury is direct.

All the big news for you this year Aquarius occurs in August when we see the second of a pair of eclipses take place. The first set are in February but the emphasis then is on your money. You could be busily out meeting people and dating from mid April as Mars enters Gemini, but you don’t appear to be in a hurry to settle into anything just yet. Coupled up Aquarians might be putting much more effort into a creative endeavour during this Mars transit and love ends up on the back burner. A new moon in Gemini towards the end of May provides a gold standard day to start over in love, or to make some resolutions about what it is you want from a romantic partner. Mercury enters Gemini in early June and this sees you flirty and at your intellectual best when speaking with your partner, or attracting love interest. Venus then comes on board in early July and you are more popular with others but also find a month where partnership is very important. Mars and the Sun enter Leo in mid July and then the big news comes in early August when a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in your own sign takes place in your 4th house. Perhaps you are getting married, joining families or creating one with your partner. Right of the back of this eclipse, another one takes place 14 days later and again in your 7th house. This time it’s a New Moon Solar Eclipse in Leo and you are transforming a relationship. The 7th house rules marriage so you could be making a big commitment with someone in August and certainly one that you will be pleased with. Of course it can also mean business partnerships, but with no professional or money stars in this set of eclipses I favour love.
Eclipses revolutionise, they shake things up and with new moon they put the spotlight on starting again, or starting something brand new. With the earlier eclipse so heavily emphasising family and partnership, are you having a baby, or trying for one? In this set of eclipses you have Mars – energy and determination, The Sun – the spotlight, warmth, and of course the moon. Jupiter brings luck in the first eclipse and its in your 9th house so you may be travelling on a honeymoon, or have family coming to you to help you celebrate you relationship. The second eclipse has Uranus, Surprises and shocks and in this case in your 3rd house of short trips, communications and siblings. Perhaps good news for your partner comes now. Saturn is in your 11th house, so friends could be celebrating with you or instrumental in this moment.
Communication is easy and there appears to be a lot of passion in this involvement. A friend could play a big part in introducing you to someone, or are you turning a friendship into something so much more? 4 days after the eclipse we see Venus enter Leo and your 7th house, however Mercury will also retrograde in Leo within days of this so communication could go awry. Give it a week and things are back on an even keel. The major aspect in your love life this year comes in early December with a full moon in Gemini. You are seeing the result so love now, or moving from one cycle to the next in a romantic relationship.
The early months of this year are taken up with so many other things that you coast along in your professional life, possibly even taking a break of some sort. The first major aspect for career doesn’t come until May when a Full moon in Scorpio teams up with Neptune and the Sun in Taurus. This is a good day to bring more money in, perhaps through a raise or as a result of your professional efforts in a business. Family can also play an important role in your career today or help your social standing in the eyes of others. Again you put your professional life on the back burner after this and are too wrapped up taking care of other areas of your life. We don’t see another major aspect in your career and until Jupiter enters Scorpio in early October. But this more than makes up for any slowdown or quiet period you’ve been experiencing. To have Jupiter in your 10th house for a year is a stellar stroke of luck that will propel you forward. While you still have to work at it and put in the effort, you finally start to see rewards for what you are putting in. People are more inclined to notice what you do, and to be impressed with the way you conduct yourself. It’s also a time when more opportunities just seem to appear out of thin air and drop into your lap. There are things that normally you wouldn’t have the audacity to attempt but are confident now to give it a go. A great example is getting a meeting with someone who is important such as VIP, even though you may not have a name for yourself or a reputation that they are aware of. Where in the past, they may not have given you the time of day, if you persist with these sorts of people over the coming year, you can catch them in a moment where they have some spare time, or just decide to see you out of sheet curiosity to hear what your pitch is. Be open to all the things that are coming your way and don’t turn things down with Jupiter in your 10th house. Network, accept invitations and be open to the idea that people are more open to you and what you say to offer. Mercury and the Sun follow Scorpio into your 10th house later in October, and then in early November Venus joins them. Mid November brings a new moon in Scorpio and this is when you should be getting new ventures underway or trying something new in your career in order to move yourself on to bigger and better things. People think you look the part, or they like the way you conduct yourself now. Your energy is at a high and it only get better when Mars enters Scorpio in early December. There are no excuses not to go after what you want now and in the year ahead grab chances with both hands and make something memorable.
There are two halves to this year in regards to your financial situation and they couldn’t be more different. In February the Sun and Mercury enter your 2nd house right before a New Moon Solar Eclipse takes place in Pisces and is all over your finances. This is a positive aspect for you and a chance to start afresh or launch something that will make you money. The Moon, Neptune, Mercury and the Sun form conjunctions all in your 2nd house. You may sell a piece of real estate and be very pleased with how things turn out. If you’ve been waiting on the outcome of a court settlement, you hear good news near this eclipse. There may be a chance to take on a more senior role at work, or someone lets your know of a money making venture that you explore further. Take full advantage Aquarius. April brings some slightly different news with Venus retrograde in Pisces for two weeks. An earlier decision to make a luxury purchase could come back to bite over this two week period, or something you though settled, raises it head again and has to be dealt with. You may need to spend a big sum to improve the look of your home, or find out that a renovation will be more costly than you were told. Venus moves direct again by mid April and provide some relief from whatever is draining your bank account. Neptune retrogrades in Pisces mid June and a fog descends over your finances. You could be unaware of things that you need to know about, or people are being dishonest about money. Chiron will also retrograde in your 2nd house from early July and this means that no healing is coming to this situation right now. Both of these planets won’t turn direct again until November and December, so you need to be patient with money, do your homework, research and not take anything at face value. Be wary of people deceiving you about finances or about deceiving yourself.
In early September a full moon in Pisces is bringing a financial matter to a head and it will mean that things will change with money, and there could be some problems for you in friendships as a result. Don’t loan money to friends, and don’t discuss it with them. It will only cause trouble now and you will do well with financial matters if you are careful to keep secrets or be private about your situation. As I mentioned earlier Neptune turns direct at the end of November and Chiron in early December. The fog lifts around your money, and you can also heal situations where money has been difficult or caused your issues. With Jupiter now in your 10th house for the year ahead, there will be many opportunities to make money turn in your favour in 2018 and to put past money concerns behind you.
