Stockland is putting the fun and festivity back into Christmas with a little help from celebrity TV chef, cookbook author and Stockland Ambassador, Miguel Maestre.
Miguel has released three exclusive Christmas recipes as part of Stockland’s Unwrap Christmas Campaign. The recipes are inspired by Miguel’s love of Aussie produce and are all about whipping up something simple, delicious and stress-free this Christmas Day.
“Christmas in Australia is such a special time of year. It’s a time to stop, reflect and enjoy time with family, friends and loved ones. For me, the Aussie Christmas is all about great food made from fresh Aussie produce. I love mixing recipes from my Spanish heritage with all the great Aussie classics. Pavlova and prawns are always a must in our house” says Miguel.
The smiling Spaniard plays a key role in Stockland’s new Christmas campaign, ‘Unwrap Christmas’, featuring in an online video which shows how everyone does Christmas a little differently.
For the first time, Stockland gift wrapping stations are using an official wrapping paper designed by one local customer, Fizah Malik from Sydney. Her unique design ‘fireworks in the night sky’ won top honours in Stockland’s recent ‘Art of Wrap’ competition and will now wrap thousands of gifts this Christmas.
